Task 3 failed midway. Not even sure how this happens since you pretty much create the template (5/10) then deploy the template with like 2 clicks. Wait for them to boot and then check your progress. The progression check failed. In addition to this one-time occurrence, the Cloud Armor policy can take ages to apply before denying siege-vm.
