Não sei o que aconteceu com o servidor, mas tive vários problemas com o meu laboratório do projeto. Testei minha conexão de internet e estava tudo ok. Perdi muito tempo atualizando, recarregando e refazendo fases do laboratório porque as configurações não ficavam salvas. Arrisquei fazer o laboratório novamente mais tarde da noite, porém os mesmos erros persistiram com telas travando durante o processo. Creio que tem alguma coisa errada neste laboratório no momento de criar os templates das instâncias
