Check my progress is not working for "Configure the HTTP Load Balancer". There was an issue on creating Cloud Armour security policy. After sometime, it started denying all of my requests regardless of the restricted ip address.

Although we were instructed to select "Balancing mode: Rate" (in Task 3 as part of the load balancer config for the us-central region) in the 'review and finalize' section it incorrectly shows it as 'utilization'.
