Lab fails on AWS cluster creation stage. A gcp.resourcelocations organization policy does not include the 'us-east4' location so it is not possible to continue forward in the lab (task 4).

Task 4. Create the Anthos cluster on AWS ==> throwing error: ERROR: (gcloud.container.aws.clusters.create) PERMISSION_DENIED: Permission denied on 'locations/us-east4' (or it may not exist). This command is authenticated as student-00-f274e813666b@qwiklabs.net which is the active account specified by the [core/account] property.
