error with python installation

This is a good simulation. however the first steps of creating a virtual environment do not work and spit this error "No module named 'virtualenv.activation.xonsh' ". I have had to fix it from other sources.

To overcome the issue with the virtualenv activation, you may execute this first: sudo apt-get remove python3-virtualenv, once done, you can execute the commands as instructed.
