For step 2, the VM named as "example-instance" the script named as "install-web.sh". Tried to create VM with many different ways, and it failed all the time. But step 3 and 4 are all passed, which is not make sense at all. Please fix it :( Found out solution, you have to use gs://[bucket name]/install-web.sh instead of https://storage.googleapis.com/[bucket name]/install-web.sh Which is stupid.

I followed the instructions but cannot pass the second and the fourth checkpoints. The webserver is properly installed on start-up and I can connect to it by its external IP address.
