This is a false statement you make in the lab, "This is the difference between secrets and ConfigMaps: secrets are encrypted and are therefore better suited for confidential or sensitive information such as credentials." In the videos it is specifically mentioned that Kubernetes Secrets are *not* encrypted but base64 encoded.
