The pubsub image does not run. It keeps hanging in a crashloopbackoff - error looks like: AttributeError: module 'collections' has no attribute 'MutableMapping' (maybe python 3.10 artifact?)

gcr.io/google-samples/pubsub-sample:v1 docker image fails to deploy because it's using a python3-slime tag which uses python3.10 and in this version of python collections.MutableMaping got moved to collections.abc.MutableMaping. Consider updating the code or fix the stating docker image to python3.8-slime
