In the Control plane version, select Static version and then click on the Static version drop down to expand the list of available Kubernetes versions This option is not there so cannot create the cluster as per requirements

I think Task 1 is outdated since there is no more "Control Plane Version" label anymore, thus no option to make it static. I just tried if choosing no channel for the release channel works and it does.
