This was not a very well designed section. The idea behind Kubernetes Network is fairly complex for those who haven't dealt with it so a simpler way to create and interact with the Quest would better than too many copy paste commands.

Please add a diagram which shows the network policy ingress & egress allowed. This will make it easier to understand the flows.
