had to sudo apt-get remove python3-virtualenv it was otherwise giving error ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'virtualenv.activation.xonsh'

There was an issue with setting up the Python virtual env. I had to remove python3-virtualenv to run virtualenv: `sudo apt-get remove python3-virtualenv`
