The instructions said to CD into the hello_world application folder after cloning it from git. Immediately following, you had to install dependencies and virtualenv in the Cloud Shell but if you were within the hello_world folder, it would fail. You either needed to understand that you had to go back to the base folder of the Cloud Shell or open a new tab, which was not intuitive.
