Google Cloud Fundamentals: Primeiros passos no App Engine avaliações

The last command in Task 2 step 2 (virtualenv -p python3 venv) was not valid and I was unable to test my deployment in the DEV environment. It did work in the App Engine environment when I installed to the live App Engine.
