"virtualenv -p python3 venv" command needs to be changed with "python3 -m venv venv". Also installing virtualenv with apt-get is not required, as it is already included in Python 3. "pip" commands should become "pip3" and "python" commands should become "python3" (to differenciate it from Python 2).
