step 1 on task two does not really make sense and is not in the above video so i could not proceed past it and get the "-bash: FROM: command not found -bash: WORKDIR: command not found -bash: COPY: command not found -bash: RUN: command not found -bash: RUN: command not found -bash: ENV: command not found -bash: CMD: command not found" when trying to create the docker file

the demo doesnt show the isntructor creating a docker file there is no instructions as to where and how to create a docker file at this point in the course and i am unabke to complete the lab
