Its a nice exercise, but could have 30 mins, so that first time user get some more time get familiarized with the commands and environments.

Consider using another language/framework that does not require additional setup (i.e. virtualenv). Also pick a reference example that does not require to pull third-party dependencies (i.e. Flask) which would speed up deployment. (With Flask I had to push 713 files; not sure if it was the source for the slow deployment).

Processes in cloud shell takes a lot of time and so it is easy to run out of time in the lab. I couldn't complete because the package downloads and deployments were slow. Please make sure the services are fast or the lab time is more.

Google cloud shell not available timeout error

Great intro would be 5 star but only got to task 3 completion (3-5 more minutes would be great as I am trying to absorb first time console).

Step four wasn't clear: It says: "Navigate to your project directory and install dependencies." But it doesn't state where the project directory is. I had to run a bunch of "find" commands and trial and error determine the projecct directory is "helloworld" Please make this clearer. Otherwise, clear instructions.
