Encountered error ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'virtualenv.activation.xonsh' after apt-get update, apt-get install virtualenv and running virtualenv -p python3 venv Looks like a possible python version compatibility issue involving virtualenv. Had to deinstall python3 virtualenv using sudo apt-get remove python3-virtualenv. Also, the URL protocol for the App Engine app is HTTPS, not HTTP.
