Good one. A bit tricky to follow all the steps (At a certain time I didn't have clear where the "app" variable was defined), but in the end it's a good one. I'd make it a 25 minutes lab instead of 20, to let users analyze a little better what they are doing while they do it, otherwise it becomes hard to keep it all in mind while having a strict time to complete the lab (some packages-installing steps take long and slow down the process)
