set DNS or replace blog-db with internal IP address

I don't know if I missed something, but the pdo would only connect after I changed the database to allow non-ssl connections. The mysql cli connected before that.

Need clear insturction "Configure User and Connections" as the sql instace creation so much time. This should have been added in the notes.
