Did not specify if the OS image should be x86 or ARM. The startup script did not properly run to install the webserver. So when getting to that part of the lab there was no /var/www/ and the rest of the lab fell apart.

I think some steap is wrong. I create the vm instance and i copy-paste every ssh comand. In the final steps, there is no /www/html directory
