First task is not awarded despite having followed all steps indicated

I completed all the steps under task 1 and yet it gave me this error "Please deploy a sample workload to your GKE cluster if already deployed wait till the log get created." No idea what went wrong. It will be stupid to do the whole lab again when its not an issue on my end.

This a NON-working lab you can never get passed. Please fix it ASAP. The first Item will always say that you do not pass it, though logs are there (checked via dashboard and command line!) I am not sure anyone will read this but hope people will be enough frustrated to report
