Lab always fails on the first check point

Unable to finish lab. Check my progress button is not working after several attempts, lab restart, etc.

It was unable to verify result of the step 1, even though GKE cluster was installed along with sample workload. Thus it appeared impossible to complete the lab.

1st task doesn't complete.

The lab has a bug on the first checkpoint which prevents further progress. Finally it is impossible to finish the lab completely without all checks.

The first Check my Progress is not able to correctly check the progress of the Lab Task-1. I have tried it multiple time, but the issue still persists. Please check and advise.
