Had problems with the alerting. Couldn't find my way into the alert/incident as described and couldn't acknowledge it.

- I think the time is too short - some of the descriptions seemed dated, eg. the auto-refresh button is on right, not left. There was some other instructions that worked differently from my experience of google cloud interface too.

As it has occurred frequently in other labs, the systems did not capture my progress again so I had to end the lab and repeat the same tasks just to pass this lab. It is frustrating. Is there an issue with my account? Please advise
