Configuring GKE-Native Monitoring and Logging Reviews

A couple parts didn't seem to be fully updated to the current version of the GCP console, so it was a little confusing to follow at times

There were several instructions missing, so I found it not possible to debug the issues as well as finish the lab in the allocated time. two issues that I did debug and fix: Images in gcr.io are by default private, but unless they are made public container somehow cannot access the image. Also application service account needs necessary permissions to create metrics; I gave it metrics admin role.
