So the dashboard is very different from the lab now so it needs an update and the very end of the lab is wrong since there is no incident generated.

The UI has changed in numerous places. Also, Workload logging had to be enabled manually. Someone should run through the lab. Never saw the Incident in the dashboard, although I did get the alert emails (to my Spam folder).
