Somewhere early on some steps don't seem to work as they used to. Including relying on the project id being set. I managed to fix some of that myself, but apparently not all of it. Somehow this affected the later steps where I need a successful build to deploy. I was, therefore, unable to successfully finish the lab.

The lab needs fixes: wrong docker registry tag to the 'gcr.io/$PROJECT_ID/hello-cloudbuild:$SHORT_SHA' in all the sources before executing.

It looks to me something is not right with task 3 or 4. The trigger fails with error that points to a non-existing repo.
