In Cloud Run, when you have to select Rebuild, the user interface differs significantly from the written instructions. You need to show a screenshot where Rebuild is located in the UI, and provide that screenshot in the instructions. Please perform a usability test on this lab and verify that instructions match the user interface. This is a major problem with the majority of your labs.

The rebuild have problems with earlier build configuration.
