have completed all tasks. Pipeline is working, able to rollback to previous build as well however check my progress for build triggers are not working

Progress is not getting verified by quiklab for Task 4 and Task 6 Restarted lab again. Starting task 4, all tasks either failed or didn't get updated as completed.

For some weird reason, even if triggers are created and executing successfully, The completion check is failing continuously. I did the whole lab but did not receive points for both the trigger creation tasks due to this issue. Do check on this issue.

Create a container image with Cloud Build and Create the trigger for the continuous delivery pipeline both score 0 while the whole pipe works.
