Esta instruccion gcloud container clusters create hello-cloudbuild \ --num-nodes 1 --zone us-central1-b Genera el cluster en la zona us-central1-b Y el deployment se hace en la us-central1 Asi que hay que corregir una de dos, para poder avanzar del paso 6 en adelante.

The original file with the Region env variable value, needs to have the -b for this to work.
