The lab needs fixes: wrong docker registry tag to the 'gcr.io/$PROJECT_ID/hello-cloudbuild:$SHORT_SHA' in all the sources before executing.

It looks to me something is not right with task 3 or 4. The trigger fails with error that points to a non-existing repo.

Couldn't run a trigger successfully because of a problem in the files configuration. Couldn't, proceed with lab. "name unknown: Repository "my-repository" not found" in a trigger run
