compute engine was not provisioned

I was unable to run the lab properly as I was unable to connect to the VM that was provisioned for me. I tested on two different networks, and confirmed that there was no firewall rules inhibiting connectivity.

There is a bug the lab. It does not you terminate the first python based http server. When you start docker for the first time there is a conflict on port 8888

More explanation about what the commands mean, or where I can find documentation on them (for instance, gsutil) would be a good idea.
