I now know how to copy and paste. It would be helpful if there were some explanation of the commands and switches. What they are doing and why we are doing this.

Explanation of each command will make this lab less robotic. Yes it was good experience to build and run docker image. But most of time you are following instructions without understanding what is being done and why. A high level flow chart will help put the process in perspective rather than calling them step1... step2... step3.. etc. Give more meaningful name to each step
