Running on your own VM is not explained good enough. If I want to run it locally (I have a Docker host) what is the password that I have to use? Do I need a Docker login to connect to the Google Container Registry or does it work differently? There is still some room for improvement here. Furthermore, I had to wait five minutes for the /kickstarter directory to become available. Maybe explain to the user of the lab why this takes so long? What happens underneath the hood and why isn't it finished in 5 seconds?
