This lab and "pip install tornado" command worked on second attempt: maybe I needed to wait longer for instance to setup? If so, this needs to be explained in instructions. The commands all worked as specified, but it would be more instructive for student to see a better explanation for what each part and flag for the command means.

This lab did not work: I get error when running "pip3 install tornado" command in first Lab of this course: Step 2 under Run the Web Server Manually: I left comment under Discussion Forums with screen shot of error message. What do I do now? I cannot upgrade pip. I get message: You are using pip version 8.1.1, however version 10.0.0 is available.You should consider upgrading via the 'pip install --upgrade pip' command.
