the gcloud version was not updated because of which gcloud auth configure-docker command failed. I had to update the gcloud in order for the command to make it to work

The last step mentions that the docker container we created can be run from any machine with docker installed. I wanted to try it but didn't have sufficient instruction on how to create a new VM with docker installed in order to test the container from a different VM than the one it was created on.
