After relaunching SSH window after placing user in the permissions group there is not a command to move to kickstart directory causing a break in the chain

restart ssh instruction was incorrect. actually required me to exit shell and re-login

No. There have been some errors in the construction of the docker, after requesting the SSH restart. When you perform this step, everything is lost. I rebooted three times and could not export dockerfile to Storage.
