Google SDK docker cli is outdated. Had to troubleshoot and fix it by hand then updated it.

Cloud SDK is outdated which lead to an error: "unknown: b.gcr.io domain is disabled". Would be nice to include instruction about updating SDK or update VM image.

The command sudo gcloud docker -- push ... didn't work at all, even after correcting the usage according to the gcloud docker --help...

The instructions were very clearly written with great cut-and-paste available commands that could be put into a command prompt. The lab had an error when I was trying to make the docker contains publicly accessible. I got a login error when trying to complete step 1. Other than that, it was a great lab!

A few times it refers to rootfs instead of ~/rootfs , which causes the command to fail. Easy fix. When uploading the image to a registry it give the error: ERROR: (gcloud.docker) Docker login failed. I was not able to complete the lab due to this issue.

Part of the code requiring "whoami" did not work. I had to substitute my user name for the command to work. If this is expected behavior, it should be called out in the instructions. I also could not complete the image upload because the domain was disabled.
