Just to be noticed. When you are to execute the Google cloud published container with docker run -d -p 8888:8888 -h my-web-server gcr.io/${GCP_PROJECT}/py-web-server:v1 command, you should be asked to stop docker container still running from previous commands or to start new one with a different binding port. Otherwise you get the port already in use error.

commands need to be explained. That is where most of us get stuck! Any monkey can copy and paste commands!
