Update -- was able to complete all lab steps as indicated with the exception of the push command that support provided me with a workaround. Excellent. Some of the provided instructions did not produce the provided (and expected) results. Will attempt to redo lab to see if a fresh instance behaves differently. Some of the syntax provided for commands is incorrect. Upon attempting to redo the lab the /kickstart directory was not created in two attempted recreated VM/lab instances.
