it will be better if after steps of "Run the Web Server From Any Machine", there is some hint how to access to the web-server then it will create a clear picture from how to build Dockerfile to deploy locally and publish on the Google Cloud

Obviously very basic for anyone who has some docker exposure. Perhaps a few more optional dives into the ACL's and google specific bits would improve things.

The startup script attached to the instance creation was never ran, so no lab material was provisioned.

Very satisfied. The GCP interface has changed some and I got lost trying to find the Storage to see the bucket. But I found it after some clicking around.
