Cannot complete the lab because of error in task 2. Contacted the tech support and it was confirmed that many users are running into the same issue and that Coursera will let me know when the lab is fine.

App Engine app deploy failed with python37. I updated to python312 and removed the specific python module versions from requirements.txt to make it work. The app deployed properly but task 2 wouldn't successfully pass the check when I checked progress.

-the libraries and run environments are either broken or deprecated by google -the progress follow-up doesn't work (following the steps, having the service running and checking the progress doen't yield a "completion check")

- I didn't able to finish lab as App Engine checks failed constantly. - python37 doesn't supported anymore - only 2 checks have passed despite following exact instructions

ERROR: (gcloud.app.deploy) INVALID_ARGUMENT: Error(s) encountered validating runtime. Runtime python37 is end of support and no longer allowed. Please use the latest Python runtime for App Engine Standard.. python 3.7 is not supporting anymore so i got above error please update it.

I wasn't able to finalize task 2; the app is correctly deployed and running but it is not detected
