Thanks for sharing but I feel few terms are here confusing where we consistently calling one another like GKE, Containers, Pods, Nodes. I feel it should be more easy if team explain it with just a simple scenario by calling one after another. Another point I noticed in Lab when it says "Open browser and paste Cluster's external IP" where Kubernetes has type Cluster IP and its >Empty> but nginx Load Balancer have IP to show nginx web server. Apart from this overall content is really good and helpful to get high level of understanding of how we can create containers inside pods and services to access it.
