nginx 1.17.10 does not work. getting error in cloud shell: error: failed to create deployment: Post "http://localhost:8080/apis/apps/v1/namespaces/default/deployments?fieldManager=kubectl-create&fieldValidation=Strict": dial tcp 127.0.0.1:8080: connect: connection refused - well seems this was a problem of google cloud, while the cloud shell was creating the cluster, I have changed view to the GKE and it somehow bugged itself
