Why i cant create my VM in another region, the instruction ask me to create the VM in another region from the app engine.

This was a waste of time, it was not possible to select a different region when creating compute instance therefore not possible to complete the lab. Only us-est4 regional was available, the student nor the project had access to create instance in other regions.

In the Task 3. "View Profiler information" point 4 "Change the region to someplace other than us-east4 (the App Engine app is in us-east4). Accept all the rest of the defaults and click Create." the drop-down list doesn't contain any other value than us-east4.
