Creating a cluster in the google console didn't work. Second time this happens and wasted 1 hour this time.

Impossible to create the cluster in Kubernetes: the system seems to be stuck (for more than 30mn....) I try to restart the lab, hopefully it will work better.... Lab restarted, same issue. I raised a ticket (2845853): Google Issue. Thank you to correct this ASAP. nov. 25th : still down.... Worked at last.... on region Europe-Norht1-a to create Kubernetes clusters (took more than 15mn)
