Deploy to Cloud Run Checkpoint does not get validated. Other two checkpoints for App Engine and Kubernetes Engine are working on the portal. This is an important lab, an the only one that has an error.

The region field was not displayed on the Cloud Run application creation form, only after trying to create an application an error appeared that it was impossible to load regions.
