Deploying Apps to Google Cloud Reviews

These instructions have some outdated sections, particularly the cluster creation steps. I ran into issues with the default IP range allocation, and the kubectl installation was also problematic. To complete the lab, I had to adjust the IP ranges during cluster creation and manually reinstall kubectl.
