Configure an Internal Network Load Balancer Reviews

Running this command on the VM instances never finished: sudo google_metadata_script_runner startup I had to Ctrl-C the command and run again. But even then the HTTP response was wrong. So a bit later I re-ran the startup script and I got the correct responses.
