Another low quality lab. Where is explanation why this lb? What is this script doing? Why not 2 load balancers (external and next internal)?

The instance group1 was not successfully created. Probably not a lab problem, more like a "resource" issue, since there was too much traffic on europe-west1-b. I have waited for some time, restarted but still the same. I ended up creating a new instance group-1 fix in region europe-west1-c to be able to continue and finish lab.
