ssh will not launch!!!!! second time 400. That’s an error. The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know. on creating migs lab environment will not load!!!!!!!

Couldn't create the stress-test VM in a different region. Stress testing didn't put much enough load on the backends to cause traffic to the notus group or autoscaling
